This book is about a boy that let drugs and alcohol rule his life, only to find that he had to pull bigger crimes to support his habits. The bigger crimes meant longer times in prison. It wasn't so much the crimes he got busted for on the outside, it's what he did on the inside that caused him to do 22 years behind bars All Danny knew was drugs, crimes and prison-like a revolving door it took him in the same circle year after year, until one day he discovered what he had been looking for his whole life. It was something no one dared to talk to Dangerous Dan about, but when Danny accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior, it changed his life forever. About six years after that, he received his ministers license. To this very day Danny gives "God all the Glory for changing his life." I was born in Hawaii and on my fifth birthday I experienced my first visit to a prison to see my father who was doing time in the Oahu State Prison for drug trafficking and racketeering. Prisons became more familiar to me as my brothers were growing up and following my dads footsteps-ended up in prison also. My husband Danny and I were married four years after he was released from prison. We've been together now for almost thirty years. Two years after Danny's release he accepted Christ as his Savior. Together we have founded an Outreach in Oakland, CA, called Pro-Ject Love. This ministry lasted 23 years. We also founded a Men's Home in Turlock, CA.
