Unlock the mysterious code of making your wife truly happy! Every man needs a woman; he needs a helper, a best friend, an encourager and certainly a passionate lover. Most men marry a lovely lady and then find out she is not equipped to satisfy all of his needs. A woman is a complicated being; her complex needs have to be met before she will desire to meet yours. Most men need instructions to break the code of what might drive his woman to delight in pleasing him. Unfortunately nature doesn't hand out a how-to instruction manual. Michael Pearl helps men learn how to love their wives even as Christ also loved the church."

In recent years men have been given a lot of mixed messages as to what it means to be a man, husband or father. Men hate mixed messages. Just tell us like it is (or should be) without all of the extra verbiage. That's exactly what Mike Pearl does in eliminating the conflicting messages and getting to the meat of the matter. Discover God's design for a man and how can you find joy doing what you were designed to do? Learn your responsibility as a man/husband/father and what is not? Learn how love your wife "even as Christ also loved the church"? As always, Mike's presentation is direct with no holds barred and he is not afraid to hurt your feelings. With his over 50 years of Bible study he presents God's perspective on the subject and his over 40 years of marriage bears witness to its effectiveness. His wife, Debi Pearl, weighs in to add grace to Mike's, to the point writing style.

CL2 Stars Out Of 5disapointedMay 10, 2016CLQuality: 1Value: 1Meets Expectations: 1I purchased the whole set of 5 Help Meet books & Journal. On the marriage part, I would give a 4 to 5 star rating as the books had some good advice.
But the authors were very high on themselves and underhandedly and in a manipulative way make any other beliefs different then their own a "cult" and "antiChrist" as they called them. So for that I give a big fat zero! (So I rate the books a 2 as that is middle ground) I had intended to get sets for wedding gifts but have changed my mind. I can not even recommend these books because of the attitude throughout is "their beliefs are the only correct belief"

He is very (and I mean very) blunt and straightforward, but he speaks the truth. I was blessed and encouraged by this book.
