Lisa1 Stars Out Of 5Poorly done, selective use of Scripture, immature workApril 13, 2017LisaQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0This author conveniently picks and chooses various passages from the Bible to support his point and conveniently ignores passages that do not support his point. It's the work of a very immature person, it's not scholarly at all. The author takes the curse of sin and elevates it, pretending that the result of sin is what God intended.
Gilbert Bilezikian did an excellent job of responding to this poor effort point by point.
Bruce LandonNorth CarolinaGender: Male5 Stars Out Of 5A Well Outlined ResponseJanuary 4, 2016Bruce LandonNorth CarolinaGender: MaleQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0The Table of Contents is a listing of the objections made by evangelical feminists regarding the biblical complementarian view. Each chapter deals only with one subject and is brief. However, Grudem gives excellent, thorough, and biblical responses to each objection. This is a very handy compliment to the much larger and also excellent work on the same subject, Recovering Biblical Manhood & Womanhood by John Piper and Wayne Grudem.

If you want to understand what the Bible says, rather than the pop ideas of our day, read this. In 45 chapters, Grudem covers a lot of ground succinctly, so you use it more as a reference of scholarship on specific Bible texts, or read it through, if you have more time. For anyone who wants to hear the Bible's truth on this important topic.
