Rev. Dr. Andrew Weaver is an ordained UM minister with 22 years' experience in ministry and a Clinical Psychologist. He is the associate publisher for Zion's Herald, a an independent religious journal of opinion, news, and reflection published by the Boston Wesleyan Association. Harold G. Koenig is Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Internal Medicine and Director of the Program on Religion, Aging, and Health at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina.

Author Bio

The Rev. Dr. Andrew Weaver is an ordained United Methodist minister with 22 years experience in ministry as a clinical psychologist. He is the associate publisher for Zion's Herald, an independent religious journal of opinion, news, and reflection published by the Boston Wesleyan Association. He co-wrote or edited Reflections on Marriage and Spiritual Growth, Reflections on Forgiveness and Spiritual Growth, Reflections on Aging and Spiritual Growth, Counseling Troubled Older Adults, Counseling Troubled Teens and Their Families, and Counseling Families Across the Lifespan. Weaver has worked extensively with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) survivors.

Linda A. Revilla is Education Health Specialist at the Department of Veteran's Affairs' Pacific Center for PTSD, and a lecturer in the University of Hawaii Ethnic Studies Department, both in Honolulu, Hawaii. She specializes in working with children and families and is a Roman Catholic layperson.

Harold G. Koenig is Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Internal Medicine and Director of the Program on Religion, Aging, and Health at Duke University Medical Center, Durham, North Carolina.
