Anne Calodich Fone is a former elementary and special education teacher who has worked with the physically, mentally, and emotionally challenged. She believes it is her own experiences with chronic pain which led her to change careers and begin a ministry of encouragement through her writing. Originally from Brooklyn, Anne and her husband, Larry, have raised a daughter, Katie, and now live in upstate New York.
