Mary Beth Burner Shaddix, lives and works at Maple Valley Farms in Sterrett, Alabama with her husband David. She is a former member of the Cooking Light Marketing team, but traded in her Jimmy Choos for life on the farm. Currently Mary Beth is leading the Cooking Light Gardens project that will be featured in the June 2013 Summer Cookbook issue.
