Relying on the latest neuroscience, spiritual traditions, and her own lived experience, Anne Kertz Kernion shows us in The Four Connections how genuine flourishing can occur when we tend to our beliefs, bodies, brains, and personal bonds by making informed choices and deliberate changes.

Kernion’s integrative framework is rooted in research, spirituality, and practical reflection that honors the complexity of being human. She helps us recognize that although we may see our beliefs, actions, thoughts, and relationships as fragmented or disconnected, they are in fact intricately woven into the tapestry of our lives.

In these pages, you will

  • reflect on how beliefs shape meaning and guide daily choices
  • explore embodiment as a spiritual, emotional, and mindful practice
  • reframe your thinking to facilitate clarity, presence, and compassion, and
  • deepen relationship bonds that ground and sustain authentic community.

Whatever your background or tradition, The Four Connections is an accessible helpmate as you create a life characterized by wholeness, health, and happiness.
