Publisher's Description

• Fills a significant gap in the literature on parish ministry – very little has been written on a situation that is rapidly becoming the norm. • Up to date studies such as this are essential reading for all involved in the selection, training and deployment of clergy and ordinands. • A practical and theological guide for ordained and lay local church leaders in multi-parish contexts.
