Course description

What does it mean to walk in the light? It might mean more than you think!

Throughout the Bible, we read of the dichotomy between light and darkness. Jesus calls us to live in the light; the Psalms tell us that darkness is the way of the wicked. Many of us believe that the light is simply goodness. We think that so long as we are adhering to what the church has told us is good, we are walking in the light. But this is not the case! So, then, what is the light? And what does it mean to be walking in the light? What did Jesus mean when He said that He is the light?

Through this course, you will learn about the light of Christ and how to walk in it. We will discuss the places where Christians think they are living in the light, but are actually living in darkness, and how to walk with Christ, as He is the light. You will discover how to identify the light, receive it, and walk in it, opening yourself up to the truth, wisdom, and direction that come with walking in the light of God. Through this course, we will learn to follow what is true and reject the darkness, discovering how we are to be led into the abundant life that God has for us.

Life reasons to take the course

As Christians, we are called to live in the light, but so many of us don't understand what that means. Come to the Light will teach you to understand and identify the light and walk in it. The light of God is so much deeper than simply the things we deem to be good, and it is essential to the Christian walk to know and be in His light!
