Colleen Coble is an excellent author. However, some parts of the books seemed to be missing. For example, in Holy Night the son was going to go and check on his mother and his fiance was going to go with him. The paragraph just ended there and it never had them going to check to see if his mother was at his condo or not. Jerry (Trench) had said that he had killed her.
