God desires our work for Him to be done with excellence and to do things in an orderly fashion. Upon completing seminary a pastor serves in a local church and is faced with many obstacles that have to do with processes and people. Many of these skills require dealing with administrative and strategic tasks. This book offers a fresh perspective on applying the principles and methods for more effective pastoral leadership by using simple thought processes and tools that are provided in the reading. What a blessing to have such a tool that can help move ministry to a higher level and prepare you for the work the Lord has called you to do. In 1999 Jack received his calling to be a pastor.
