God desires our work for Him to be done with excellence and to do things in an orderly fashion. Upon completing seminary a pastor serves in a local church and is faced with many obstacles that have to do with processes and people. Many of these skills require dealing with administrative and strategic tasks. This book offers a fresh perspective on applying the principles and methods for more effective pastoral leadership by using simple thought processes and tools that are provided in the reading. What a blessing to have such a tool that can help move ministry to a higher level and prepare you for the work the Lord has called you to do. In 1999 Jack received his calling to be a pastor. He has been actively following and serving the Lord in many areas. Currently Jack is an associate pastor at the Louisburg Baptist Temple involved in leading praise and worship, discipleship, preaching and teaching new members class. Jack has completed studies at the Kansas City Baptist Temple Shepherd School of Ministry in 2007 and was the recipient of the Christian Leadership Award. Jack and his wife Kelly of 28 years now live in Drexel, Missouri. They have three daughters; Megan, Alissa and Jessica, and one grandson. He has been in music ministry fourteen years, releasing his first album in 2002 called "River of Love." Jack works hand in hand with his pastor on administrative and strategic tasks. Jack has been involved in development and delivery of training for over twenty-five years.
