Church and State

Aired 2/26/2012. Sermon: One of the issues that most troubles and perplexes our national life is the so called separation of Church and State issue. More and more we are seeing Christianity specifically being removed from the public arena using a misrepresentation of the First Amendment. In his message, Church and State, Dr. D. James Kennedy exposes the truth surrounding the nature of our heritage and the foundations of this country. Feature: The Founders of America were outspoken about their dependence on God. But today, many, especially in leadership, would like to declare a declaration of independence from God. One example of this is taking place in New York City, where 150 churches are in the process of being evicted from public schools on the basis of so-called Separation of Church and State.
