Publisher's Description

Christian educators are provided with the perspective and the tools they need to actually be effective as small study group leaders. Instead of just leading discussions, readers will be able to guide participants in learning from themselves and others, connecting with the perspectives and experiences of others in the group, and uncovering and challenging personal assumptions and prejudices.

Very well-written and explains well how we approach the education process in our churches today. With the author's direction to dialogical questioning, it is easy to see that any believer, with a passion to teach, can do so effectively by touching all aspects of learning. Very helpful for the "teaching hopeful".
