    Author Bio

    James R. Estep is professor of Christian Education at Lincoln Christian College and Seminary in Lincoln, Illinois. He holds degrees from Cincinnati Bible College (B.A.), Cincinnati Bible Seminary (M.A., M.A., M.Div.), Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (D.Min.), and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (Ph.D.).

    Jonathan H. Kim is associate professor of Christian Education at Talbot School of Theology in La Mirada, California. He holds degrees from University of Illinois (B.S.), Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (M.A., M.Div.), and Trinity International University (Ph.D.).
