Tell us a little about yourself. Erin Sullivan Edwards has a professional background in grocery retail management, contracts, procurement, purchasing, inventory control, budgeting, human resources, payroll, education, and customer service. She holds a master's degree in organizational leadership. Erin resides with her husband, David, their two daughters, and a four- legged son in St. Augustine, Florida.
What was your motivation behind this project? Chasing Peace, Hope, and Faith came from needing to find peace to move forward in my life for past traumas that i had no control over. It helped me forgive the one person who hurt me most in my life.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? Inspiration to know that no matter what you face in lofe that you can over come it. I hope that my leadership theory will help you find the strength to get through whatever you may be facing.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? The book provided me the opportunity to put down on paper how I felt. It was a form of healing and learning how to move forward even when hardships stand in your way.
