Todd Hopkins is the founder and CEO of Office Pride Commercial Cleaning Services, which has its corporate offices in Franklin, Indiana, and Tampa, Florida. Hopkins founded the award-winning commercial cleaning franchise in 1992. Currently, Office Pride has over one hundred franchise locations in eighteen states and provides cleaning services to thousands of buildings. Hopkins earned his BBA from the University of Memphis and his MBA from Butler University. He is also a graduate of MITs Entrepreneurial Masters Program. Through Christian Business and Marketplace Connection (CBMC), Todd organizes and leads mens Bible study groups that help members to live by the good news of Jesus Christ and share it in the marketplace. Todd and his wife, Michelle, have three boys: James, Sam, and Matthew. They live in Palm Harbor, Florida.
Ray Hilbert is the CEO and cofounder of Truth@Work, a not-for-profit organization based in Indianapolis, Indiana, specializing in helping business owners and leaders to operate their companies on proven biblical principles. Truth@Work serves hundreds of Christian business owners and CEOs in more than twenty-five major US cities. Hilbert travels across America speaking to organizations and churches, equipping people to serve God in and through their work.
Previously, Hilbert was a regional director for Promise Keepers, a nationally known mens ministry, where he facilitated large conferences and developed training programs for churches and other faith-based organizations. He received his undergraduate degree at Anderson University in Indiana, where he majored in marketing and business, and his MBA at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana. Hilbert serves as a leadership coach to business leaders across America, and he is in high demand as a speaker for both corporate and church events.
Hilbert and his wife, Beth, reside in Indianapolis with their son and two daughters. They are involved with several religious and business organizations.
