This workbook follows a "Know, Show, Grow, and Go" method. On Day 1, students learn and copy the definition of the trait. On Days 2 & 3, students copy related quotes from a variety of sources. On Day 4, students write out an application. On Day 5, students write down their personal reflection on how to apply the character trait to their life.

Traits taught include compassion, determination, discretion, goodness, humility, sensitivity, and others. This workbook provides copywork in the D'Nealian Basic Print handwriting style.
