This a great-quality reprint of a classic. The theological writings of Chafer (along with others) offer good, sound teachings on Biblical truths and are needed in a time when people will not endure sound doctrine. Even if one's theological interpretation is covenantal, he will still profit from reading this systematic. The rhetoric is scholarly but not cryptic, and the text is easy to read. The reader will see that Chafer holds his own with Richard Watson, the Hodges, Dabney, Wesley, Warfield, and others. Buying this set with Christian Book Distributors is worth the purchase.

I find Chafer's Systematic Theology to be second to none. This will challenge any Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to "dig in" and mine out the golden truths of the Word Of God!

I am so impressed, every topic I ever had a question on is covered in these volumes. The text is easy reading, personable and thorough. Completely Bible based and Christ centered. Money very well spent. These volumes contain information you won't find anywhere else.

I am teaching doctrinal subjects in my church and I needed another writer with another view and I chose Chafer's material because he writes from the conservative view point.
