Publisher's Description

In this e-novella kicking off the brand-new Destination Wedding series, Bellamy, a bride-to-be who dreams of a one-of-a-kind Manhattan wedding, gets caught up in all the planning, and things quickly spin out of control.

What is the true cost of an ultimate uptown wedding?

Bellamy grew up in a large, boisterous family. The Hillmans may not have had it all, but Bellamy learned how to stretch a dollar and make it look like she did. Now she’s marrying Reid Stanton, the man of her dreams. While planning their one-of-a-kind Manhattan destination wedding, Bellamy gets caught up in all things Pinterest. It starts out simply enough with a “Save the Date Destination Wedding” board. Then it’s the “Destination Wedding Dresses” and “Invitations” boards. As her ideas multiply, so does the cost of the wedding.

Before she realizes it, all her creative planning has decimated the budget. Can Bellamy make things right, or will the cost of the ultimate wedding be losing the man she loves?

Author Bio

Beth K. Vogt is a nonfiction writer who said she’d never write fiction. After saying she’d never marry a doctor or anyone in the military, she is now happily married to a former Air Force family physician. Beth believes God’s best is often behind the door marked "never." An established magazine writer and editor, she now writes inspirational contemporary romance because she believes there is more to happily ever after than the fairy tales tell us.

This was a great introduction to the Destination Wedding series. It is my favorite type of novella...one that has characters that are well developed and a storyline that does not feel cut short. I loved this sweet story!

A heartwarming story of love; a fairy tale-like story. True love isn't measured just by feelings, it's also measured by trust and honesty not just between husband and wife, but also before marriage. Will Reid and Bellamy come to realize the importance of honesty between each other before it's too late?

I obtained this e-book from Book Fun Magazine in exchange for my honest review.

Can't Buy Me Love is a fun, easy to read novella that is the start of a new series. Bellamy and Reid are planning their wedding. This story details all the differences they have but how they overcome them to plan the wedding that will satisfy both families. It has the normal twists and turns a romance takes. Beth Vogt writes enjoyable books and this is no disappointment. I look forward to reading more of the series.

I received this book from the Book Club Network in exchange for my honest opinion.

Cant Buy Me Love by Beth Vogt is a light, heart-warming romantic novella, reminiscent of Hallmark movies. Rich, young Reid Stanton meets Bellamy Hillman, lovely dog groomer, and they find happiness together until his past mistakes and her present mistakes collide. With God and much time in prayer, each works through their separate journeys to a more hopeful future. I recommend this short and enjoyable novella that also teaches a lesson about relying upon Gods guidance in all of lifes decisions. I received this book through TBCN in exchange for an honest review.

Beth Vogt kicks off a new series about destination weddings with an e-novella called Cant Buy Me Love. Bellamy Hillman is engaged to Reid Stanton, and they are happily planning their destination wedding. Bellamys dad gives her a check to pay for the wedding, the identical amount he gave for Bellamys sisters weddings. Reid is from a wealthy family, and his parents offer to supplement the funds if needed. Having lived in wealth and being accustomed to wealth-related expectations, Reid drops innocent but potent bombs throughout his conversations with Bellamy. As a result, Bellamy feels pressured to meet a certain standard in all aspects of the wedding.

Ms. Vogt packed a powerful punch in a short novel. From the wide array of ideas found on Pinterest to the daily life of a dog groomer, the book is full of fun. Yet there are also solid nuggets of truth and wisdom about marriage, self-image, and prayer. This was a wonderful book that kept me hooked until the end. Im looking forward to reading more in this series.

I received a copy of this book through The Book Club Network in exchange for my honest review.
