Tell us a little about yourself. I am a mother of three, including seven exchange students from countries throughout the world. I have traveled on missions internationally, and worked with teenagers throughout the years.
What was your motivation behind this project? I have a heart for teenagers and felt a burden to share Jesus with young people and communicate with them in a relative way that God is always there, loves them, understands them, and cares about the situations they and trials they face, and that He is there to help.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? A closer walk with Jesus, a confirmation that they are not alone in this world. To come to know the Lord Jesus if they do not already. And a certainty that they are loved just as they are.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? There is a song called "Oceans." It talks about stepping out into the water of the unknown. I'm there, but I'm willing to walk deeper, because my Savior is there.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? Many, many. Beth Moore and Stormie O'Martian are great mentors. I love all the contemporary Christian musicians.
