One of Spurgeon's passions was to raise up new spiritual leaders, which led to the founding of his Pastor's College in 1856. Here, students were trained for the work of becoming pastors, missionaries and teachers of the Bible.

Spurgeon on Spiritual Leadership for leaders interested in understanding the role of faith and conviction in forming a philosophy of spiritual leadership.
