This workbook has one simple purpose: to show you how sound management principles can ensure Godly stewardship within your church. Knowing the church's God-given mission, how can you commit to God's high standards for integrity in the business life of your church? In this practical, information-packed guidebook, recognized expert David Polluck takes you all the way from biblical blueprints to the nuts and bolts of wise applications. This revised and expanded edition is broken into four, easy-to-reference sections:
- Church and Law
- Church Finances
- Church Facilities
- Church Personal
New chapters include:
- Medical Liability for Your Church
- Managing the Church Office
- Obstacles to Good Stewardship
- Matters of Conscience
Even though the local church isn't in "business" per se, it is still a business--the Lord's business. This valuable church reference is divided into four sections: law, finance, facilities, and personnel.
