More a practical book than a spiritual one, Burdens Do a Body Good is based in Christian thinking and provides some decent food for thought. The ideas are simple, relevant, and of the type that makes you wonder why you hadnt thought of it yourself. One example is, Count on it, if somethings worthwhile, worth going after, it will entail some degree of risk. A book which fits easily in purse or lunch box, Burdens Do a Body Good will adapt to those moments when it is nice to have just a few paragraphs to read. Donna Eggett, www.ChristianBookPreviews.com
