Bernitha is currently employed as a First Grade Teacher. She has been teaching in the public school system for 32 years. She has served in the following capacities: .Team leader for Kindergarten and First Grade .Cooperative Teacher for interns from the University of South Florida .Peer Teacher for first year teachers .Served on Math, Science, and Language Arts Committees .Currently Chairperson of the Social Club and member of the School Wide Project Bernitha is also a member of the 11th Street Church of Christ, where she is a Sunday School Teacher.
