Deb5 Stars Out Of 5Not read, however, my guess its going to be goodFebruary 7, 2017DebQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0Have not read this book, however, I just heard Dr. Michael Brown on the radio discuss the book. He is coming from a Biblical stand point of being in obedience to God in eating healthy. He talks about what has worked for him and his wife and how food is a stronghold and treat it like any other addiction. He does say there are website links they refer to for recipes. I am purchasing the book. Go to In The Market with Janet Parshall in past programs and listen and decide.
