As a Christian psychotherapist I find this book very valuable in my work with couples with marital problems. It teaches anger management skills as well as the daunting process of forgiveness. I either lend the couple the book to read or give it to them outright.

Great helpful book. Very clear. I gave it to friends and family. They were glad to read it and obtain good insight and even have discussions about it. It is small enough to read through quickly and helpful enough to cause change.
