I started out reading the book and workbook 1 chapter at a time simultaneously. It was so overwhelming, that I finally quit the workbook for now. And I understand much better. When Im done with the book I'll return to the workbook.

As a Faith Based Counselor I find most counselees have never learned how to form boundaries or lines that will keep the unwanted out of their life. Then they wonder why they are overly tired and think they have to say yes to every request.

I find clarity in the content and the examples of situations excellent for me to connect with.
I intend to begin a group to discuss boundaries and use these books to guide us. I gave the Boundaries for Kids book and workbook to my daughter whom has 4 children.
