Excellent book. If you struggle at all with men and women partnering in ministry (or not!), read this book. Reese gets to the heart of the matter in a biblical way with contemporary applications. I needed it. It helped me clarify the issues more clearly, and also showed me areas where I need to repent. I particularly benefited from chapter 2 where Reese lays out specific areas where women need to repent for their attitudes/actions toward men, and where men need to repent likewise.It's easy to read and I pray that leaders and laypeople in churches all around will read this book to prevent stunted spiritual growth among Christian men and women.
