This is such an important and relevant book. I learned how evolutionary thought created racial divisions many years ago through an Answers in Genesis video, and it was a major part of my becoming a creationist, and later, a Christian. I am so thankful my children can learn this information through such an accessible resource. This is an aesthetically beautiful book, showing how we are all diverse tones and cultures of one human "race," needing salvation in the same way through our redeemer, Jesus. It presents a mix of theology, science, and biblical history (from marriage, to sin, and through the gospel message of salvation). I'd place the material around mid/upper elementary and older, based on how much my own kids were able to comprehend; and is a resource the whole family can enjoy and talk through together.

I received a complimentary review copy of this book from Master Books.

This book is very timely, with the current climate in our world. I found it to be very informative and done tastefully. We have found that this book has sparked some very good conversations with our two young children. My older child has no problem grasping the material presented(4th grade), my 1st grader required a bit more explanation but still grasped the material and understood it pretty well.

    Wonderfully written book of truths

This is a wonderful book for kids and adults. This book does a wonderful job explaining that we are one race-the human race. I think 6 and up is appropriate but there are some advanced thoughts that they may not completely grasp. These include the genetic portions of where the different skin colors come from, such as alleles and melanin. I read it with a 3,6 and 9 year old and they were all able to grasp the truths, obviously the 9 year old understood the most.

This book goes into detail about more than race, he discusses evolution and why it is false. He talks about the flood and fossil formation and why the earth is a young earth. And just a FYI he does discuss marriage in the beginning and in a very brief one or two sentence does discuss why biblically its between a man and woman only. He spends time discussing creation and the pictures/illustrations are beautiful. This is just a brief overview I found the amount of biblical truths and referencing of scripture to be outstanding and would highly recommend adding this book to read with your family.
