Publisher's Description

One objective of this book is to encourage and build up believers in their daily walk with God. In order to accomplish this purpose, this book contains forty-five devotionals with a variety of topics. These mini in-depth studies explore Christian apologetics, commitment to the Lord, renewal of one's life, the church and its function in society, the spirit of evangelism, the Cruciality of the Cross, the advent of grace, and many other ponderings. The second phase consists of eight chapters concerning a defense of the Resurrection of Jesus. Finally, I give tribute to four men who accepted the Resurrection of Jesus and are now with the Lord. Dallas Burdette has been a serious student, teacher and preacher of the Bible for sixty-two years, supporting himself for many years as an agent for AFLAC. He has written numerous articles for religious journals, as well as many essays and sermons which are available on his website (www.freedominchrist.net). He has developed a keen interest in promoting unity among God's people through a more accurate reading of the Word. He has degrees from Amridge University (formerly Southern Christian University) where he also was Director of Extended Learning for five years. He holds the Doctor of Ministry degree (1999) from Erskine Theological Seminary.
