Judy Rutkowski5 Stars Out Of 510 Bible Stories for the Whole FamilyJanuary 7, 2017Judy RutkowskiQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I bought this DVD for the 4th and 5th grade religious education class I teach. In teaching RE I like to capture the classes interest and help them better understand what I am teaching. Each of the Bible stories in the DVD does just that. The stories are about 30 minutes long and have many teaching moments and opportunity for discussion. Each story enhances the readings in the bible for better understanding. The choreography shows a picture of the times the story took place. The content is very relevant. I watched every one of the stories, and a lesson plan could be written for each one. I especially love the telling of the Good Samaritan, great teaching moments in this one. The King is Born, when the Magi came, the three gifts are explained. This set of stories are great for a religious class teaching, or family. It would be enjoyed as a movie night. I am so happy I found a DVD I can use for a 1 hour religious education class. One has 30 minutes to watch, and 30 minutes for discussion and teaching. What a wonderful way to interact with students, or family members!
