We had purchased a Where's Waldo book for our kids and they ended up having so much fun through the search & finds. When this book (and it's New Testament counterpart) came out, I was even more excited to have my kids try it out and learn some fun facts about the Bible.

The book is structured exactly like it's companion, the New Testament, with several different search and find puzzles spread on two pages each. Each puzzle provides a small storyline that corresponds to the puzzle. It's very similar to the Where's Waldo books where they provide multiple characters to find within the puzzle. There are also several Scripture references that provide even deeper meaning to the puzzles.

Just like the New Testament version, they use Mike, a little boy in yellow overalls, to tell the story through each puzzle. He is also one of the characters that is needed to be found.

The illustrations are fun and extremely detailed. I think my kids had just as much fun looking through the illustrations as searching for the characters.

I think this is a very fun book for young kids to enjoy and even learn some new stories of the Bible.
