This book was ordered for all our ministers in our ministry as a guide to them as begin a minister. I have read must of the book and it has been very educational to the whole group.

I needed to put some final touches on my sermon for today, this book worked wonders for me. I used someone else's book and tonight I am ordering my own. It must be in my library.

You will find many books out there that are addressed to "Senior Pastor's," but not on the Associate Level. This book addresses all pastors at every level, whether your assigned to Christian ED, music, men's ministry, etc. We at our church use this book to teach all the pastors, where I am the dean of our biblical school of training. I highly reccommend this book to all.

This is a heart searching book. It lets you know exactly what God has called you to.
