Author Bio

Brian D. Brown is a Methodist minister, theologian, teacher, researcher and writer whose life’s work is finding ways to make the Bible accessible, engaging and relevant to children and young people. Known as the creator of the popular "Storykeepers" animated television series for children, Brian’s latest work, "Bible Origins," is a unique mix of a graphic novel and a new translation of the New Testament. This collaborative project pairs him with Manga and comic book artists and is set for release in 2024. Hailing from the United Kingdom, Brian works and creates in Oxford England where he lectured for twenty years.

An artist, author, theologian, and musician—international bestselling graphic novelist of The Manga Bible and one of Britain's leading comic book/concept artists having worked for 2000AD, producing titles such as Judge Dredd, Slaine,and his co-creation, Pan-African Judges.
