Martin H. Manser is a professional reference book editor. He has edited about 200 reference books in 30 years, particularly English-language dictionaries and Bible-reference titles. He updated Matthew Henrys Commentary and edited the award-winning Collins Bible Companion.
Debra K. Reid has been a tutor at Spurgeons College, London, since 1987. She has been involved with the publication of a variety of Bible editions, new translations, and other reference books. She is the author of the Tyndale Old Testament Commentary on Esther.
