I bought this little book in a drugstore and am about to order several copies here to give to friends and my children. Its title is very descriptive. The book is in several sections. It includes a reading plan, verses to read when you are experiencing different situations, quotes of famous people about the Bible, and other topics. One of my favorite and most helpful sections, which is not shown in the sample pages, is the quick overviews of every book in the Bible, explaining the time frame, main ideas, etc. of each book. This section alone would be worth purchasing, but the other sections are also helpful and interesting.

I recommend this little book for everyone from those totally unfamiliar with the Bible to mature Christians.

This 137 page book is wonderful! It includes: why and how to read the bible, bible overview including individual books, verses to help when you are depressed etc and much more. I use it for jail/prison ministry.

I gave them out for Christmas gifts to the students in the Adult Sunday School class. It was well received. It is better than a card because I believe it will be read from time to time all year. I reviewed it before I bought 50 copies and was impressed with the wealth of information in a "small" package.

This book is just the right size to keep with my Bible. When I don't know what to read in the Bible, this book offers great suggestions on where to go.

Awesome book for new believers and maturer people of faith. Easy to read and practical. Great to give out to anyone curious!
