Bertie's Place

Twenty-two-year-old Molly Parsons has just graduated from college and secured a job teaching fifth grade in Winslow, a small farming community in northeastern Ohio. As she prepares to move into a new apartment with her friend Eva, Eva backs out, leaving Molly without a place to live—until she discovers Bertie’s Place.

Upon arriving at the charming Victorian boardinghouse, Molly is warmly welcomed by the owner, Bertie Evans, a lively older woman. Grateful for a home, Molly dives into her teaching role, despite making her share of rookie mistakes. Tough and resilient, Molly's loving heart helps her forgive others.
