cherylWASHINGTONAge: 55-65Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5Life changing for meJuly 22, 2014cherylWASHINGTONAge: 55-65Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5The 1st time I read this book & also did it as a study with a friend that we both were married to unbelievers. I learned so much from this book but mainly was that I couldn't be a replacement of the Holy Spirit to my husband & that my trust in & relationship with God was way more of value that my ability to save my husband.
After reading & doing the study for a 2nd time I felt it was so important that I facilitated a class @ our church 3 times. During the time of these classes & MY learning that God is in control of our lives & MY trusting Him for that, my husband began attending church with me because he said he could no longer say no to something he really knew nothing about. Well attending lead to his excepting Christ & now 16yrs, later we attend church every Sunday & I have seen him grow so much in his walk with the Lord. The beginning was my learning "to let go & let God" through this book & my Trust in Him has grown the same as my husband has.
I hope to meet Jo Berry in Heaven to give her my heartfelt thanks for writing this book. -
Judy Matkins5 Stars Out Of 5October 13, 2009Judy MatkinsI bought this book for two friends, both of whom have unbelieving husbands. Both have said this book has really spoken to them about definitive steps they can take to witness to their husbands without being "preachy". I read this years ago and recommend it to anyone with this challenge.

Donna Kane5 Stars Out Of 5May 2, 2010Donna KaneAn excellent book for wives of believing or unbelieving husbands. The principles for wives remain the same. I have used the book and principles it teaches many times to mentor married women.

Barbara Jenifer5 Stars Out Of 5January 9, 2001Barbara JeniferI read this book several years ago and have bought it and given it out at least 5 times. I just ordered another 5. My husband still isn't a believer, but this book gave me a look at myself as a believer and how I should be handling and loving my husband as he has not YET come into his calling as a "mighty man of God."
