Beginning with God at Christmas

Alison Mitchell is a Senior Editor at The Good Book Company, where she has worked on a range of products including Bible-reading notes for children and families, and the Christianity Explored range of resources. She is the author of the award-winning Jesus and the Lions' Den and The One O'Clock Miracle.

Jo is a mother of three – Amy, Oli and Seth. Jo started developing the material when Amy was a toddler, because she wanted to help Amy get into a habit of regular Bible reading and couldn’t find anything to help with that. Jo used to be a full time children’s worker (at St Luke’s Wimbledon Park). She is now living in Cumbria where her husband is a vicar of 5 rural churches and her children are now 9, 11, and 14.
