After only one week my family was noticing a change in me. I'm on day 27 now. Now my teen daughter wants to get a book by Donna for herself. I love the way she addresses scripture memorization, positive affirmations, physical health and spiritual health. To whomever wrote the review "Not Christian at all", that is a slanderous review and completely false.

I am in a group study on day twenty-nine of this book. I don't normally leave book reviews, but I felt the need to leave one for this particular book/study. As my title says I do feel this is a good book, but it is definitely not what me nor others in my group were expecting it to be. I was hoping for something more biblically based and more focused on the biblical meaning of the Proverbs 31 scripture. However, I feel like all I am reading is a book of unrealistic expectations based solely on the author's opinions. Like I mentioned I have only completed twenty-nine of the ninety days and already I have had to greatly alter the daily 'assignments' to meet the needs of me and any family. Speaking of family I should also add that, in my opinion, I feel to best be able to apply this book you need to be married with kids. I am married, but do not have children yet and I very much feel like this book is greatly targeted towards stay at home mothers with children. There are aspects of this book that are just not realistic and therefore I believe not 100% biblical. For example, the ten day diet of nothing but water and vegetables (not really healthy if you're a daily meat eater...this should be a gradual transition not an overnight one like the book directs) or the core color assignment (yes, you should take pride in your appearance, but throwing out perfectly good clothes just because a particular color is the BEST color for you? I'm sorry, but NO!) If you're are a wife or mom who works outside the home, then it's almost impossible to keep up with the demands of this book. I would recommend this book to people, but it would also come with a warning and encouragement that you will more than likely have to alter it to best fit your needs and that's okay. It's challenging for sure, but take some of the assignments with a grain of salt!

I am just starting to read this book and love it! The author has many ideas that she suggests to her readers. I am incorporating what I feel would benefit me and my family. I am memorizing scripture and writing scripture that speaks to me and the place I am in life. I love the concept of the daily planner and I am using it. However, it doesn't go absolutely everywhere with me just yet.

NOT CHRISTIAN in any way, shape, or form REGARDLESS of the book's title. Many of the ideas here border on the ridiculous, and needless to say are not Bible-based (in fact many, such as the stress on becoming a millionaire, are the exact opposite of what the bible teaches.) Not to mention that the "experts" cited and the books and websites the reader is directed to all seem to be of the "get-rich-quick" snake-oil variety and the persons behind them of infamous reputation as cons & scam artists. The health advice is likewise ridiculous and the "expert" sources cited for those strange assertions is dubious at best. IF YOU'RE REALLY LOOKING OR A CHRISTIAN WOMAN'S PERSPECTIVE/STUDY, THEN DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY ON THIS BOOK.

Wonderful and inspiring guide and Bible Study. Five of my friends and myself started this recently. We have found that it is an excellent source to bring us all together for discussion and fellowship. I heard about doing this from my daughter-in-law who had used the book with women in her neighborhood.
