There are very few women in this day and age that don't worry at all about making themselves beautiful, and many teenage girls struggle with their identity and self-image, obsessing over their looks, weight, etc. This book is a guide, a God-guide, to help girls to learn of the One who loves you as you are, and to help you let go of the self-control that is holding you back. Publisher's Description

Body. Beauty. Boys. Many teen girls pick up the message early that these three things will totally determine their future happiness. They become devoted to these three things to the exclusion of all else. Their friends and family may not recognize it, but their every waking moment is consumed with thoughts of their body and appearance, which leads them to drastic, destructive measures in their lives.
