Publisher Summary

Award-winning author Debora Coty's newest book More Beauty, Less Beast brings humor and lightheartedness to the issues all women relate to in heavier moments. With wit and empathy, Coty addresses common body issues, our obsession with aging, and what God might have to say about it, all by helping readers laugh at her own story and share in the lessons she learned. With refreshing insight, she shows us a different perspective of how biblical, godly characters face their circumstances.

Each chapter is an entertaining and enlightening read and concludes with more serious questions for us to ask ourselves - to cement the lessons Coty brings home. More Beauty, Less Beast is about experiencing greater healing, joy, peace and beauty in life - both within and without.

"True beauty has nothing to do with dress size," says Coty. "I want readers to learn how to increase their confidence by conquering guilt, achieving personal goals, overcoming worry, and reinventing themselves through hope."

With the wit of Erma Bombeck and the wisdom of Dear Abby, Coty weaves a practical handbook into a fun, easy read. Patsy Clairmont calls Debora "delightful...invigorating". Readers living in a culture steeped in worldly values will find More Beauty, Less Beast a valuable guide as they face struggles common to us all.
