A Beautiful Season is a message of hope that through Christ, joy can be found in all seasons of life. The pages of this book are intended to teach young women how to cope after a dating relationship’s end in a healthy, Godly way. Singleness can be a season of beauty, joy, and finding one’s purpose in life, but only if we allow Christ to work in us and through us at this time.
Written from the perspective of a 23-year-old young woman who experienced a difficult break-up, the author, Alexandra Savage, has been there. She knows that the kind of pain caused by loss of love is the worst kind of pain. After much searching, Alexandra found that the only solution to this pain is Christ Himself. He offers the comfort and love that is so desperately needed during this time in a woman’s life. A Beautiful Season takes you on a spiritual journey to find strength, healing, and identity in Christ during this precious season.

Tell us a little about yourself. I am a 6th grade Math and Science teacher. Teaching and writing are my passions. I am married to the most wonderful man. We enjoy outdoor activities, and have a dog named Molly.
What was your motivation behind this project? When I wrote A Beautiful Season, I was hurting and looking for healing. As I began to realize that Jesus was my only hope, I reached for His hand, and He became my Savior. Writing was form of spiritual self-therapy; a place where I felt closest to the Lord. I experienced a newfound confidence and joy in seeking Jesus while being single. My confidence from the Lord enabled me to reach out and become involved in my church. As I formed meaningful friendships with Christian women, I became the best version of myself in and through Jesus.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? My initial prayer for the book was that God would be able to use it as a vessel of light to women living in darkness; struggling, and hurting after a dating relationships end. I hope that young women will seek the Lord through this time, having ears to hear, and hands willing to obey; always being hopeful in the timing of God's plans.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: Ladies, cling tight to your Bibles, and stick to your guns. When it comes to waiting and dating, stay strong and true to your spiritual values. Take deliberate steps of action to guard your heart and mind. Remain faithful in waiting, surrounding yourself with women who will encourage, and bring out the Jesus in you.
