A very apt title, which quickly caught my attention in checking various Hebrew grammars on CBD website..

I have read just the first few pages so far. Seems to present the information very clearly. Had I known just how helpful this grammar is, I would have purchased it much sooner. One thing I love about it is that the page just opposite the Table of Contents gives Psalm 119:18 in both Hebrew and English (Open my eyes, that I may see Wondrous things from Your law), and in the center of the page at that. What a great way to begin a Hebrew grammar. And that is just the reason for studying Hebrew. And even at 61 years of age, I believe it can be done. The only very mild criticism is that I don't see instructions in the book for writing Hebrew alphabet. But that is no major problem as various websites give that information.

I bought this book as a precursor to me learning biblical Aramaic. I was astounded by the easy language and encouragement that this text brought me. It teaches you in a logical order the tools you need for reading and translating biblical Hebrew, while at the same time realizing the limitations of the average person.
