JLR5 Stars Out Of 5Basic ChristianityNovember 7, 2016JLRQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5Excellent review material for the established Christian and a "must-read" for the new Christian along with Mere Christianity by C.S. Lewis. Well-written and give yourself a little time with the book before giving up on it. My first experience with Stott's books - will undoubtedly read more of his material. No nonsense, no compromise writing - would remind you of Tozer's material which is on a deeper level than this book.

But, the Lord, every so often, uses someone that seemingly transcends the time and helps us see the timeless. Stott's "Basic Christianity" is one of those books.
