This was for my great grandchildren. There parents specified that they didn't want anything run by batteries. (too much noise?) So this is one of the things I got for them. Since Mom and Dad are very musical what else could I get that would put them on the same page. (kids ages 2-5) I love when kids play music. Perfect. :)

Great Melissa and Doug product, i really like their stuff. This is a nice gift idea. Our daughter is 18 months and enjoys music so we purchased this for her Christmas gift. She is still figuring it all out but I am sure she will enjoy it much more as she gets older. She likes to dance along as we play music with it.
