ButterflyMom2 Stars Out Of 5A bit of a letdown but good ending!March 29, 2016ButterflyMomQuality: 2Value: 2Meets Expectations: 2I really liked the idea of this movie. The quality and performance and production was a bit of a disappointment. I stuck it out though because of the cost. I am a Christian movie buff, therefore I can say that many times the message is better than the production and acting. At that point I deal with it by making a choice to see the movie as real life! We are not all payed actors with acting coaches. Life is not a cinematic, climatic, musical production.
We often perform badly, act careless toward others and grieve messily. We are prone to self-indulgent self-pity at the cost of the people around us. I did see a very realistic account of a follower of Christ set-up in a leadership position who, after experiencing a great loss and shocking attack, was unable to find strength in the word of God or His people or the Holy Spirit. That bothered me more than anything. People are looking to God's people for an answer, a difference. We are still human but all the elements were there for a recovery with more grace.
The end was good. I would watch this again but more prepared. Sometimes when a movie does not go as I would expect, there is frustration. Basically this movie is an account of the horrible loss two young men experienced and how they dealt with it. May not be pretty or how we may believe we would respond, but there are very true to life actions taken. A surprise at the end finalized the story and I thought that was good. One note. I have found the absolute necessity of watching the deleted scenes first for most movies as I have found the parts that explain the most are left out compromising the flow of the story line. This movie really should have had all the parts intact. It was a bit confusing without some of those scenes. Enjoy!
jammers4jeus1 Stars Out Of 5Slow Moving StoryFebruary 19, 2015jammers4jeusQuality: 1Value: 2Meets Expectations: 1It was a good story I can say that. But I felt like it took forever to get to the end. The movie was so slow moving, so much empty spaces with no one talking or any background music. I say watch the Trailer...it gives the whole movie in there a lot faster and its more entertaining.
For the price you can get it for right now. If you have time to waste, buy it and watch the full movie.
SamanthaPennsylvaniaAge: 18-24Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5Powerful movie of forgiveness!May 22, 2014SamanthaPennsylvaniaAge: 18-24Gender: femaleQuality: 4Value: 5Meets Expectations: 4Two of the main characters in the movie was a young man bound to a wheelchair and a homeless man. One man is seen having unforgiveness in his heart toward God while the other presses through each day putting his full trust in God to lead and guide him. This is a movie about the power of forgiveness and how a God orchestrates each person's life to His most perfect plan. The ending was weird yet understandable.

Ending a little disappointing to me. Kind of abbreviated.
sbentonHouston, TXAge: 45-54Gender: female3 Stars Out Of 5Great concept, poor endingJuly 25, 2013sbentonHouston, TXAge: 45-54Gender: femaleQuality: 3Value: 3Meets Expectations: 3Our family watched this DVD a couple of weeks ago. It was a bit cheesy, but had some great moments in which forgiveness and two lives meet under unusual circumstances. The scenes, we found, were a little slow. The ending seemed to just drop off, leaving the viewer to wonder what it meant. It does have a good message, but probably won't recommend it to others.
