Shelly Groff3 Stars Out Of 5April 21, 2009Shelly GroffI only give the comic magazines three stars because I gave them to my son who is 11 and he is a little young for them. He looked through them but is just not ready for this series yet. I am not sure if it is his personality or if it is just that he wasn't ready for that graphic of a comic. I read through them and liked the story line very much. It shows you life with kids making choices every day of good or evil.
Debra Pederson5 Stars Out Of 5January 3, 2009Debra PedersonI have wanted these comic books for a long time and I finally got them for Christmas. They are excellent! I love the fact that they are christian comic books with a spiritual warfare flare! I just love the they are excellent! I would recommend these comic books to anyone who likes the fantasy type of reading like Lord of The Rings and Narnia.
Sarah5 Stars Out Of 5September 14, 2004SarahThis is a GREAT comic series that teaches courage and hope. It is a great because it describes life, and remind us that God is always there for us.
Q: Arkangel comics age appropriate guidlines--how strict are they? My grandson is 10 but very mature (for 10). I want to instill a stronger awareness in him about the connection between spiritual things and things that appear to be everyday life, but are so much more. Are they (Arkangel comics) too much for a 10-11 year old?
These are recommended for more mature readers because they contain graphic depictions of evil. The suggested age is 13 to 18 years. We recommend taking advantage of the sample pages available on each series to determine whether they will be appropriate for your grandson.
