I was the world's worst and forgetting to get items for the "Try This" and "experiments". I decided to get this kit and MAN what an awesome investment. My daughter could just go to the box and get the bag out that corresponded to her unit. She had everything she needed (minus a couple of things that were definitely at home) and she could enjoy science. It even had items I would have never found like the "blood typing kit". My girl never would have had that experience if I didn't have the kit. I will buy a kit for every Apologia Science we do from now on.

Love this kit. My girls age 4 and 12 liked doing the edible cell.

As someone who dreads working on science experiments, it's nice to have most of the materials gathered and pre-measured in one place. Some of the instructions are a little vague, but I would still recommend spending the money to have most everything at your finger tips!

All the produts are good to keep the children update

First let me say that the only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars was because a couple of the bags were broken open and powder spilled from the all over the inside of the box. Other than that I would give it 5 stars b/c of the convenient way the contents are packaged. Each bag is labeled with a number that corresponds to each lesson with everything you need for that lesson. Examples might be a few skittles, a packet of jello, etc. I don't have to go out and buy things like this that I don't normally have around the house. I also don't have to worry about pre-planning what I need to buy for the next week's labs. Other kits we've purchased (on other sites for other science programs) may have some of the harder to find items in them, but none have been as complete and hassle-free as this. You still have quite a few items you need to come up with and you have to compile what you need each week from the general box of supplies. This kit saves you time from that perspective. It really is grab and go.
